  • combined with pattern 1: decreased mobility in lateral tibial glide and dorsiflexion
  • the second pattern in decreased mobility in calcaneal rock laterally (axis of rotation posterior to anterior)
  • mobilization is calcaneal rocks or thrust manip in distraction
  • self reset is ankle chops to calcaneus medially and laterally, self calcaneal rocks with legs crossed or simple lateral tibial glide which also should be improved after you mobilize the calcaneus
