Lumbar and Hip Treatment Progression

In this 13 min video I review

  • Lumbar and Hip Clinical Practice Patterns
  • Pain free Psoas and QL Inhibition
  • Modified Hips offset "Roadkill" Overpressure with Repeated Extension in Lying
If a patient has unilateral loss of ability to load the involved/painful side check for the LQ CPP. If they are unable to load in WB, try Pain Free Psoas/QL and reassess repeated loading in WB. If they cannot tolerate WB repeated loading, try NWB loading strategies. The goal is to get them repeatedly loading as threat free as possible in WB as they can most likely dose that more frequently throughout the day.
