In theory, the KB swing sounds simple, doesn't it?  You just hike the bell between your legs, straighten out your knees, let the bell come up to shoulder height, then repeat. 



There's a lot that can go wrong with the swing.  In this episode, we'll go over the most common mistakes/sticking points for people and how to overcome them.
  • Knees going too far forward
  • Bell not going back between legs
  • Arms lifting up on the bell

  • Squatting on down swing
