Pain education in tendinopathy is tricky, partly because it is unchartered territory and partly because no one agrees on the pain mechanisms. In our clinic we use a simple 6 page education document, and I have also recently put together this short pain education, designed for tendinopathy patients. Hope you enjoy it and would value feedback. It is a first draft.
