- left lumbar/hip issues
- originally had decreased SL stance stability and lack of ability to load the left side
- tested positive for decreased anterior tilt and SB to the left in standing
- this was restored with SGIS
- LCAP tested weaker pulling R UE (testing Left lateral chain)
- to improve activation on the left, pain free psoas and QL inhibition was performed
- instruction on Farmer's Carries on the right to continuously activate and enhance loading on the left LQ
