Low Threshold Isometrics for Cervical ROM

In this video from a recent live MMT Seminar, I go over training and testing end range cervical rotation. Each time we improved Megan's rotation with resets, she wasn't able to keep it. Granted, she wasn't dosing as she was asymptomatic. So I decided to test her cervical rotation involved vs uninvolved with Low Threshold Isometrics. She was extremely weak on the limited side at end range compared to the FN side. Suggestion for Recovery Plan would be regular doses of LTI throughout the day along with resistance through the active range to groove the new motion.
