Improving Overhead Mobility - Thoracic Patterns

For 2023, is a brand new bonus module for my live and online seminars and as Insiders, you guys get it first! I recently had some acute and very painful thoracic pain and whips and the standard thoracic manip just did not have the normal effects. I remembered seeing posts online about sustained cervical extension but never found the prone variation comfortable. So I used light resistance and isometrics to first improve my cervical retraction to FN, then light resistance made extension and sustained extension pain free. Held it for 5 min and all the thoracic pain was abolished!
