Farmer's Carry Series

This is an amazing drill series. Have a practice or else :-)
Chris Johnson demonstrating some variations on Famer's Carries. Great exercise with a kettlebell or dumbell to work on unilateral loading and core stability. Also trains the contralateral side trunk stabilizers for endurance. Something that I often prescribe after resetting with SGIS.

Example loss of ability to load right lumbar spine in SGIS 
Eval with SGIS in standing
Reset with SGIS to the right
Stabilize with Farmer's Carry on the left (stabilizes R trunk) to prevent unloading on the right
