In this mini case from a recent live MMT Seminar, I pick an OT who I think will be a slow responder for overhead mobility. He had very limited B shoulder overhead elevation and stiff thoracic rotation bilaterally. I use
- thoracic paraspinal inhibition
- bilateral lat inhibition
- go over a potential Recovery Plan
